My first online qigong course is now live on the internet.
The course teaches the foundation practices for good qigong practice including:
- Meditation and mindfulness
- Breathing for qigong
- Beginning posture and stances for qigong
- Energy awareness
The course then goes on to teach a set of twelve qigong exercises, one for each of the main meridians and organs in the body. These exercises will make you healthy, strong monument capital group and vital. Also as you practice the exercises you will gain a practical understanding of how the meridians function in your body.
